Have You Seen or Taken in a Cat that Looks Like this?

Please contact me if Sam is seen or has been taken in. 
 He is microchipped and a vet will scan for FREE. He was 9 years old in 2015 (14 months in the photo).

I think he found an owner who can give him more freedom.
