Read about Muppet on his original posting. A lady searched the internet and found details of Muppet on Found & Lost Pets (this blog) and contacted owner Karen. Muppet was living a mile form his home as a feral cat. The RSPCA loaned Karen a trap and after a short while he was caught and is home!

I had to suggest www.findtoto.com. They send out personalized phone alerts searching for lost pets and they have had a lot of luck reuniting lost pets with their owners. Lost pet stories are so sad. I'd like to see less of them.

Cats can also get lost if they are investigating new territory, and even sometimes they can be taken away by circumstances not of their own doing. Glad to hear that you have your pet again. As the say, once found, if ever the cat get lost again it knows where to come back.
