"A member of the public found Mable by the side of the road. 
She was whimpering and in terrible pain. The poor dog was unable to walk, and had clearly been hit by a car.  She was brought to our Godmanchester Centre, Cambridgeshire and X-rays revealed she had dislocated her hip. We had no other option but to refer her for specialist surgery so a pin could be inserted into her hip"

 

"Penelope, a three-year-old tabby, was brought to our Heydon Centre, London in terrible pain after being found with her front leg trapped in her collar. The collar has left a very sore open wound which will only heal with specialist surgery."

 

"And just today Bella, a one-year-old Basset Hound found herself at Wood Green through no fault of her own or that of her previous owners. She too is in pain and discomfort with a very rare ocular dermoid cyst growing out of her eye. Again, poor Bella needs extremely specialist surgery to remove this."

"We’ve already told you about little Conker, a 10-week-old tan terrier who might need reconstructive surgery after her right ear was removed with a pair of scissors."

Large Tabby & White cat seen by A47 nr Walpoles, Norfolk PE14

I drive the A47 everyday.

Between the Walpole Highway slip road and before the Total garage and Little Chef in the Wisbech direction is a large white and tabby deceased cat laying on the grass verge.

This location is NOT somewhere a car can stop.

I hope his owner is searching ...

Update 17/8/11


The cat was still there on my way home so I drove to nearby houses last night and left a card and spoke to a woman who knows who has cats in that area.

This morning I think the cat had gone - or perhaps I missed him / her as I had to pay attention to the A47 too.   Hopefully his / her owners have taken him home ...

I am happy to say he is now with his owners.

Missing Cat from North Denes Road, Great Yarmouth (nr High School), Norfolk

Pchelka was happy, relaxed, was eating normally etc.  

Thursday 4th August when she jumped out of the loft window and went missing.

Her name is Pchelka and she is 8 years old. She is a quite small brown tabby with a red collar and a bone-shaped name tag saying "Pchelka" and with my number on the reversed side. She gets scared quite easily and has always been a home cat.

Cat Missing from Oak Street, Norwich, Norfolk, NR3

Copernicus has been missing since 18th June 2011.  Last seen in my garden on Oak Street, Norwich NR3.

She is 1 year old, spayed and microchipped, but would not keep her collar on!

She is ginger with white bib & paws - she's skinny and looks young for her age.

She is very vocal and high pitched with it.

She is very very friendly - would approach most people for a quick tickle (postie, neighbours etc) but wouldnt get in a vehicle.

Missing male cat in Great Yarmouth, Norfolk

Simba is a male ginger cat, long haired with a really bushy tail, pink nose, very friendly.  He is wearing a blue collar on with fish on it and a tag saying 'Simba' and a mobile number!

Last seen thursday the 21st of July 2011 in the graveyard near Sainsburys in Great Yarmouth, Norfolk. My 10 year old little girl is heart broken !

Take a Break - Find a Missing Pet Spell

I discovered this spell in the Take a Break magazine called Fate & Fortune.  I'd be interested in stories of a loved pet coming home after trying this.   I wish to try it but you have to set fire to one flyer which I am nervous about! 

However I did try a money spell which involved writing a cheque of abundance and 6 weeks later won £130.  Okay, could be coincidence!
