Four weeks later th.e Scottish Cleansing Depart telephoned the owner - killed in a RTA.
But ends with good news.
Days afterwards, a Scottish animal society called - Flash had been found ... but rehomed by error.
Flash is now home with his real owner ... and microchipped.
